Showing Feedback
  • Centralized Showing Feedback – Our system sends three separate emails to the agents who show the home asking specific questions about the condition of the home, the price of the home, their client’s interest in the home, and anything that can be done to get their client to offer on our listing. Each feedback is emailed to Matt O’Neill, Christina Mortti, and the client.

Property Appeal & Location: The first impression is the most important. De-clutter rooms, stage the home like a model home, have carpets cleaned, walls painted, and improvements made. Location cannot be improved, but it is a major factor in market value. Price: If the property is not priced according to market value, the home will not be shown and will not sell. If the home is not priced according to the price buyers are willing to pay in today’s market, it will not sell, regardless of the condition of the home and the marketing efforts.
